Technology and its adoption by
business is changing the normal human life and creating more comfort and
accessibility. When we talk about computing technology, Baking industry used to
take the pioneer role creating the roadmaps for other industries. But time has
changed, Telecommunication and Retail industries have to define the terms
because of the business models and Baking now striving had to adopt the
changes.
Success of mCommerce and
potential use in future would bring in major enforcement of process changes in
Banking system of developing countries. Only way to adopt large volume of
mCommerce transaction is to bring in appropriate BPM systems in the whole
system of service. Most of the banks in developing countries already adapted
core banking systems. But the business and processes surrounding core baking
still in a weaker state.
